Caron Carlson is the Owner of and Designer of Valley Quilt Studio, A Quilt Pattern Company as well as Award Winning Longarm Quilter. Her quilts have won awards in such competitions as the Moda Challenge and Machine Quilters Showcase, as well as Best of Show at many local quilt shows.

Caron loves to share her passion with other quilters by lecturing, offering workshops, and teaching at quilt shops all over the Midwest. Machine techniques such as freemotion quilting and invisible appliqué by machine are a specialty, and because of her passion for the craft, students have fun while they learn.

The Mystery of the Five and Dime - This new and exciting mystery quilt project is sure to bring delight to the both the quilter and mystery lover in you.  Sign up will be limited, and once the mystery starts we can not accept any new detectives on this case.  Keep you eye on your email for clues on when you can register.

How the mystery quilt project will work: Once you register and pay for the mystery quilt, you will be added to a special email list for this project.  You will receive all your instructions and clues to solve this mystery by email.  Each month you will get instructions on how to complete your quilt top (these are your clues) You will not see the final quilt until the end of the mystery.  But don't worry this quilt is sure to surprise and delight you in the end.
